The Bevan Law Firm

About Us

The Bevan Law Firm, LLC was founded to help individuals harmed by asbestos exposure recover money from asbestos bankruptcy trusts quickly and efficiently. Unlike other law firms that treat clients like just a number, every case at The Bevan Law Firm is personally reviewed by our attorney to ensure accuracy, care and speed.

We focus exclusively on asbestos bankruptcy trust claims. From gathering medical evidence, to identifying exposure history, to preparing and filing claims, we streamline the process so clients can receive the compensation they deserve without unnecessary delays.

Many firms only accept clients with a diagnosis of lung cancer or mesothelioma. However, at The Bevan Law Firm we believe everyone who was harmed by asbestos is entitled to representation, including those who don’t yet have a diagnosis.
